【摘要】 目的:检测慢性心力衰竭患者血浆和肽素(copeptin)水平,结合氨基末端脑钠肽前体(Nt-pro BNP)浓度的变化,探讨二者相关性及和肽素在心力衰竭中的临床意义。方法:选取慢性心力衰竭患者80例作为观察组,其中男42例(52. 50%),女38例(47. 50%),年龄(63±14)岁,同时收集健康体检者30例作为对照组。检测两组和肽素及氨基末端脑钠肽前体水平,分析其相关性和临床意义。结果:观察组血浆和肽素及氨基末端脑钠肽前体水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。心功能分级越高,血浆和肽素及氨基末端脑钠肽前体水平越高。同时,心力衰竭患者血浆和肽素与氨基末端脑钠肽前体呈正相关(r=0. 66,P <0. 01)。结论:血浆和肽素可作为心力衰竭的标志物,与心力衰竭的严重程度相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the plasma copeptin levels and the changes of amino terminal natriuretic peptide( NT-pro BNP) in patients with chronic heart failure( CHF),and to explore the correlation between the two and the clinical significance in heart failure. Method 80 patients with chronic heart failure hospitalized were collected as observation group,including 42 males( 52. 50%),38 females( 47. 50%),age( 63 ± 14) years,and 30 healthy subjects as control group. The levels of Copeptin and Nt-pro BNP in the two groups were detected,and their correlation and clinical significance were analyzed. Results The plasma levels of Copeptin and Nt-pro BNP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P <0. 01). The higher the heart function classification,the higher the plasma level of Copeptin and Nt-pro BNP. At the same time,Copeptin levels in heart failure patients were positively correlated with Nt-pro BNP( r = 0. 66,P < 0. 01).
