【摘要】 目的:探究分析度洛西汀治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的用药效果观察。方法:择取带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)患者75例,随机分为A组(单独应用神经阻滞剂) 37例和B组(在A组基础上,加服度洛西汀) 38例。比较分析两组患者治疗后1周(T1)、3周T2、6周(T3)的VAS评分和PSQI评分,评价效果。结果:经过治疗,B组患者在T1、T2、T3三个时刻的VAS评分及PSQJ评分均好于A组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组患者均未发生明显不良反应。结论:度洛西汀治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的用药效果理想,能明显改善患者疼痛,可促进患者的睡眠质量提升,值得临床进一步推广实践。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analysis of the efficacy of duloxetine in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Method 75 cases of herpes zoster sequela neuralgia( PHN) were selected and randomly divided into group A( treated with nerve blocker alone) 37 cases,group B( on the basis of group A,plus duloxetine) 38 cases,and compared and analyzed the treatment of 2 groups of patients with T1( 1 weeks after treatment),T2( 3 weeks after treatment),and T3( 6 weeks after treatmen). The VAS score and the PSQI score were used to evaluate the effect. Results After treatment,the VAS score and PSQJ score of B patients at three times of T1,T2 and T3 were all better than those in the A group( P < 0. 05),and the two groups were all obvious adverse events. Conclusion The efficacy of duloxetine in the treatment of post herpes zoster neuralgia is ideal.
