【摘要】 目的:观察胰高血糖素样肽1(GLP-1)受体激动剂在肥胖2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者治疗中的临床疗效与用药不良反应情况。方法:将100例肥胖T2DM患者采用数字信封随机抽样法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采用二甲双胍治疗,观察组将胰岛素改为GLP-1受体激动剂利拉鲁肽(商品名:诺和力)。治疗12周后,对两组的空腹及餐后2 h血糖(FPG、2 h PPG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1C)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)进行对比分析,同时观察两组低糖血症(血糖<3. 9 mmol)发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组的FPG、2 h PPG、HOMA-IR及Hb A1C水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗期间,观察组发生低糖血症4例,低糖血症发生率为8. 0%,对照组发生低糖血症7例,低糖血症发生率为14. 0%,观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:GLP-1受体激动剂在肥胖T2DM患者治疗中的疗效确切,而且治疗后低糖血症的发生率较低,安全性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of glucagon like peptide 1( GLP-1) receptor agonist in obese type 2 diabetes mellitus( T2 DM) clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of drugs in the treatment of patients. Method 100 cases of obese T2 DM patients as the observation sample,using the digital envelope randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group,the control group using metformin treatment,the observation group would be changed to GLP-1 Liraru peptide,after 12 weeks of treatment,fasting and meal respectively in two groups( FPG,2 h blood sugar 2 HPPG),glycosylated hemoglobin( Hb A1 C),insulin resistance index( HOMA-IR) were analyzed at the same time,observe two groups( <3. 9 mmol) hypoglycemia incidence.
