基于ADAMS和MATLAB的PID控制仿真的设计与比较
Design and Comparison of PID Control Simulation Based on ADAMS and MATLAB
【摘要】 机电一体化的背景下,涉及多体动力学的机械系统多以虚拟样机技术ADAMS辅助设计研究,而PID控制系统作为机电系统的重要组成部分,其控制方案多以MATLAB/Simulink建立。本文以同步追踪系统的简化模型为研究对象,分别采用两种方案对控制系统进行设计和机电联合仿真,一种为利用Adams/View提供的控制包工具,另一种为利用Adams/Control接口模块实现与MATLAB的联合控制仿真。两种方案仿真结果的差异在可接受的范围之内,相互印证了可靠性和准确性。最后本文总结了两种方案各自的优缺点和适用性。
【Abstract】 In the trend of mechatronics,mechanical systems involving multi-body dynamics are mostly based on virtual prototyping technology ADAMS. The PID control system is an important part of electromechanical systems. Its control schemes are mostly established with MATLAB/Simulink. This article takes the simplified model of the servo system as the research object. Two schemes were used to design the control system and electromechanical co-simulation: one was to use the control packa ge tool provided by Adams/View,and the other was to use the Adams/Control interface module to realize the joint control simulation with MATLAB. The difference in the simulation results of the two schemes is within an acceptable range. Finally,the advantages and disadvantages and applicability of the two schemes are summarized.
