全科型小学教师培养策略

【摘要】 全科型小学教师培养的兴起主要源于对小学的教育规律的研究。培养全科型小学教师,可以有效地节约师资,也可以对因学生较分散而产生的师资不足问题有所缓解。全科型小学教师也可以全方位的了解学生。本文采用文献分析等方法,结合国内外对全科教师培养的已有实践进行研究,并提出几点建议。

【Abstract】 The rise of comprehensive primary school teachers’ training mainly from the study of primary school education laws. Training comprehensive type primary school teacher can effectively save teachers and can solve the problem of that the students are dispersed. Comprehensive type primary school teachers can know all-round about students. In this paper, using literature method, analysis method and so on, and combining the practice of the comprehensive teacher training at home and abroad are studied, and put forward some suggestions.
