基于差厚技术的汽车仪表板管梁轻量化设计
Lightweight design of TRB dashboard cross beam
【摘要】 针对汽车仪表板管梁轻量化需求,本文依据差厚板轧制工艺要求,分别提出了五段式和三段式的差厚的仪表板管梁结构最优设计方案,用于替代原等厚度管梁结构。通过模拟对比,考察各方案在低阶频率、垂直颠簸、制动器支架侵入、乘员安全气囊爆破等工况下的相关性能参数,验证了差厚板技术能够在保证仪表板管梁所有强度性能的前提下,实现大幅降重。为引入差厚板技术到汽车结构设计中,最大限度实现轻量化的目标,提供参考。
【Abstract】 Based on the need of lightweight and technological requirements,this paper proposes two optimal schemes for dashboard cross beam design,including three segments and five segments.These design schemes can replace the original structure design of uniform thickness.By comparing the simulation results of low order frequencies,vertical bumping,brake force and Passenger Air Bag(PAB)expanding conditions,it is verified that Tailor Rolled Blank(TRB)can reduced can reduce the weight greatly as well as guarantee the performance of the dashboard cross beam.Designers can apply the appropriate TRB scheme to the design of automobile structure with lightweight target.
