【Abstract】 Classified talent cultivation is an effective strategy that can help with the healthy,continuous and coordinative development of higher education. On the basis of a data analysis of employment,a classified talent cultivation mode was proposed by the specialty of mathematics and applied mathematics of Jilin Engineering Normal University whereby a social demands-based talent cultivation program was designed for individualized cultivation.
