ICP-MS检测地下水中汞的方法研究
Determination of mercury in groundwater by ICP-MS
【摘要】 地下水中Hg的含量多数低于0.05μg/L,现有标准方法检出限最低能够达到0.07μg/L,对地下水中Hg的检测结果报出率影响很大。通过实验确定了ICP-MS检测地下水中Hg的含量的方法。提出在线内标溶液中如果含有目标物,将对Hg的检测结果产生干扰,应采用标准加入法确定内标溶液中Hg的浓度,然后在样品检测结果中扣除。塑料容器吸附Hg对检测结果影响较大,应使用玻璃器皿消除这个影响,尤其是标准曲线溶液应使用玻璃容器,这对于体积小、浓度低的标准点非常重要。标准系列溶液应现用现配,并且在24小时内完成测试,否则标准溶液会发生变化并导致检测结果不可靠。提出了地下水中低含量Hg测试的线性范围。根据提出的条件,检测方法的检出限(MDL)、定量限(LOQ)和精密度(RSD)分别达到0.002 7 ng/m L、0.011 ng/m L和12.35%~4.66%(n=6)。
【Abstract】 Most of Hg content in groundwater below 0.05 μg/L,the lowest detection limits of existing standards can be achieved 0.07 μg/L,the test results for Hg in groundwater great impact on reported rates.The method of determination of mercury in groundwater by ICP-MS is confirmed through experimentation.If the online internal standard solution containing the desired compound,which will interfere with the detection result of Hg,the standard addition method should be used to determine the concentration of Hg in the internal standard solution,the concentration is then deducted in the sample test results.Because plastic containers adsorption Hg,could interfere with the test results of samples,use glassware to eliminate this interference.Particular the preparation of the standard curve solution should use glass containers,which is very important for the small volume and low concentration standard point.When detected,the solution is the extemporaneous preparation of the standard curve,and the detection must be completed within 24 hours,otherwise it may cause unpredictable changes and generate an error in the sample test results.The linear range of detection of low content mercury in ground water is put forward.According to the current experimental conditions,the detection limit of the method are 0.002 7 ng/m L,the limit of quantitation are 0.011 ng/m L,and precision of the method 12.35%~4.66% RSD(n=6).
