不同形貌α-Fe2O3的制备及其光催化活性
Preparation and Photocatalytic Activity ofα-Fe2O3 with Different Morphologies
【摘要】 利用水热方法制备纺锤形和六角形形貌的α-Fe2O3,并考察其在可见光照射下对甲基橙和罗丹明B的光降解性质.结果表明:所制备的样品均为六方相赤铁矿结构且大小均匀;六角形比纺锤形形貌α-Fe2O3的禁带宽度小,可吸收较大波长范围内的可见光;六角形形貌α-Fe2O3具有较高的降解率、降解速率常数和光催化活性.
【Abstract】 α-Fe2O3 with spindle or hexagonal morphologies were prepared by hydrothermal method,we investigated the photocatalytic properties of methyl orange and rhodamine B under visible light irradiation.The results show that all samples are rhombohedral phase of hematite with uniform sizes.The energy gap of hexagonalα-Fe2O3 is less than that of spindleα-Fe2O3,meaning that it can absorb visible light with larger wavelength range.The hexagonalα-Fe2O3 has higher degradation rate and degradation rate constant,and has higher photocatalytic activity.
