【摘要】 目的初步掌握西安市住院人群的心脏健康状况及其生活习惯、相关知识了解情况,为西安市高危人群心脏健康宣教干预提供科学的参考依据。方法利用自制的心脏健康状况相关因素调查问卷,采用现况调查方法对西安市某三甲医院67名连续住院病人进行流行病学调查,同时进行常规12导联心电图检测心功能。采用χ~2检验等统计学方法对该人群生活习惯、相关心脏知识和心电图结果进行分析。结果 80.6%的住院病人有早睡的良好作息习惯,有25%住院病人无运动。仅有38.80%对心脏健康有了解,有61.20%的群体对心功能知识不清楚甚至不知道。仅有16.42%知道如何处置急性心梗,有29.85%完全不知道如何处置。住院病人心电图正常者占61.19%,新发现心电图异常者占17.91%。结论西安市住院群体的心功能情况及相关知识掌握情况不容乐观,应采取一定措施为相关人群科普,掌握有关知识,养成健康的饮食及运动习惯。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the cardiac health status,living habits and related knowledge of the hospitalized population in Xi’an,and provide a scientific reference for the mission of cardiac health education in the high-risk population in Xi’an. Methods 67 consecutive hospitalized patients in a 3 A hospital were field investigated respectively by the self-made epidemiological survey questionnaire,coupled with the cardiac function detection by 12-lead electrocardiogram,using statistical methods including chi-square test to analyze the data. Results 80. 6% of the hospitalized patients had a good routine of sleeping early,25% inpatients had no exercise. Only 38. 80% had an understanding of the heart,and 61. 20% of the groups were unclear or even unknown the knowledge of the cardiac function. Only16. 42% knew the treatment of acute myocardial infarction,and 29. 85% did not know how to deal with it at all. Inpatients with normal electrocardiogram rate 61. 19% and 17. 91% newly discovered abnormal electrocardiogram. Conclusion The cardiac function and the understanding of related knowledge of the inpatients in Xi’an is sobering. We should take measures to popularize that related diet,exercise habits and grasping related knowledge is the cornerstone for protecting heart health.更多还原
