【Abstract】 Adhere to and develop the Marxist "human logic",especially guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,we should create a "people-centered"logical system of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics for a new era. Based on this historical mission,we need to focus on the logical system of"people-centered"in humanistic property theory,the category and theoretical system of manpower property right ownership and its new era significance. It is also necessary to carry out in-depth research on the logical starting point of Das Kapital and the return connotation,scientific and "pivotal"status of Marx’s theory of labor alienation.
