【摘要】 实施农村订单定向医学生免费培养,加强基层全科医生队伍建设是实现健康中国重要举措之一。文章以安徽省中医学专业农村订单定向专科在校生为研究对象,通过问卷调查、访谈和跟踪调研的方式,对定向班学生入学动机、对免费培养政策了解情况、就业意愿和最终履约情况进行调研和分析,发现98.1%的在校生愿意履约,最终毕业后履约率97.5%。违约毕业生主要原因是因服务地点与生源地相距甚远和盲目报考,造成长期服务基层的意愿不强。师承教育和中医药适宜技术的学习,有助于培养定向班学生中医临证思维,提高动手操作能力,较易获得职业成就、职业认同与职业自信,是有中医药特色的基层全科医学人才培养关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 It was one of the important measures to achieve the health China that the free training of rural-oriented medical students was conducted and the construction of the grass-roots general practitioner team was strengthened.The paper took rural-oriented college students as the research object in Anhui College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Through questionnaire,interview and follow-up investigation,we analyzed students’ enrollment motivation,understanding degree of free training,employment intention and final performance. The results showed that 98. 1% of the students were willing to obey the contract,the final compliance rate was 97. 5%. The main reason of violating contract was the long distance between the place of service and hometown,and unintentional enrollment. Apprentice and college education of TCM appropriate technology helped to cultivate students’ TCM clinical thinking,improve their operation ability,obtain occupation achievement,occupation identity and cultivate self-confidence.更多还原
