【摘要】 农村集体产权制度改革是深化农村改革的一项重点任务,也是实施乡村振兴战略的重要制度支撑。现阶段,我国农村集体产权制度改革取得了一定的进展,但由于现行法律、政策等制度性约束,在推进改革过程中各地都遇到一些亟待解决的关键问题。推进农村集体产权制度改革,需要做好集体资产折股量化、成员资格认定、规范股权管理、完善治理结构、培育发展产权市场等方面的工作,以促进集体经济的发展和壮大。更多还原
