【摘要】 产学研协同创新在市场经济竞争环境下越来越受重视,对其具体模型的探索成为研究重点,也成为分析不同机构单位之间合作是否有效的重要工具。在分析和总结相关研究文献的基础上,发现信息不对称、主体角色不明确、忽视政府宏观调控作用等缺陷明显。因此,基于膜系统的思想,提出以基本膜为单位的产学研协同创新优化模型,并对其所具有的优势进行阐述。同时,基于所提出的产学研协同创新优化模型的优势,提出对于协同创新发展的建议,尤其是提升高校在产学研协同创新中的地位。更多还原

【Abstract】 The collaborative innovation of Industry-University-Institute has been paid more and more attention in the competitive environment of market economy,and the exploration of its specific model has become the focus of research. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the relevant researches,the information asymmetry,the main role is not clear,ignoring the role of government macro-control and other defects revealed,so based on the idea of the membrane system,this paper puts forward a model of Industry-University-Institute collaboration innovation,and its advantages are described. At the same time,based on the advantages of the proposed collaborative optimization model,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of collaborative innovation and development,especially the role of universities.更多还原
