【摘要】 为促进农村经济发展,增加农民财产性收入,落实2017年中央一号文件精神,农村土地承包经营权抵押成为加快发展农村经济的重要途径。选取新疆昌吉州呼图壁县、玛纳斯县为研究样本区域,运用文献检索归纳法和实地调研法,统计调研数据,分析政府、农户、金融机构三方主体对农村土地承包经营权抵押态度及现状问题,提出相应的对策建议,以期为新疆开展农村土地承包经营权抵押试点工作提供可靠依据。更多还原
