【摘要】 本文在系统梳理了近年来国内外文献中关于人工智能技术带来失业以及促进就业的各种观点的基础上,认为不能单纯地根据技术可行性来判断人工智能带来的就业影响。就业效应非常复杂,在不同国家、不同行业、不同知识水平的人群中有差异,且会受到法律法规、消费者偏好、特定市场中的大众行为、道德伦理等因素的约束。当前我国各层次教育体系应对人才培养做定向调整,使得未来劳动力更加适应智能社会和智能经济发展的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the previous research achievements,this paper points out that the employment influences of AI vary from different countries,different industries,and different sort of people. The influence might be very complex because we should not only deduce from the technical feasibility of AI,but also take the constraints of laws and regulations,consumer preferences,public behavior and ethics into account. We should reform China’s education system to meet the challenge so that the future labor force could be more adapted to the needs of intelligent society and the development of intelligent economy.更多还原
