小微企业不同生命周期人力资源管理策略分析
Human Resource Management Strategy for Small and Micro Enterprises at Different Life Circle Stages
【摘要】 企业处于不同生命周期特征也有所不同,对不同阶段的企业应实施具有针对性的管理策略。小微企业的发展对我国国民经济和社会发展具有重要的战略意义,而影响小微企业发展的众多因素中,人力资源管理处在核心的地位。通过分析小微企业发展的独特规律,将其生命周期划分为孕育期、生存期、成长转型或衰退期三个阶段,在此基础上总结出小微企业不同阶段人力资源存在的不足及成因,并提出相应的解决策略,以期为小微企业的人力资源管理提供理论支持和管理参考。
【Abstract】 Enterprise characteristics in different life cycle are different, so targeted management strategies should be implemented for enterprises at different stages. The development of small and micro enterprises is of great strategic significance to the development of China’s national economy and society. Among the many factors affecting the development of small and micro enterprises, human resource management is at the core. Through the analysis of the unique law of the development of small and micro enterprises, the life cycle is divided into three stages: incubation period, survival period, growth transition or recession period. On this basis, the shortcomings and the causes of human resources of small and micro enterprises at different stages are summarized, and the corresponding solutions are put forward in order to provide theoretical support and management reference to the human resources management of small and micro enterprises.
