【摘要】 廊坊被誉为"京津走廊明珠",区域优势可谓得天独厚,但工业化和城市化的快速发展给廊坊的生态文明带来冲击和破坏,出现了严重的环境问题。相较于我国,美国、欧洲、日本等发达国家的污染历史和工业化进程是紧密相连的,因此较早地开启了绿色发展的改革历程,所制定的可持续发展战略和生态环境治理模式,对当前廊坊生态文明建设,具有丰富的借鉴意义。为打造现代宜居城市,构建美丽和谐廊坊,需要合理借鉴国际发达国家绿色发展的先进经验,发挥政府引导作用、完善环境法治体系、发展循环节能经济、拓宽公众参与通道,为绿色发展提供活力和动力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Langfang is known as the "Pearl of Beijing-Tianjin Corridor" with unique regional advantages. However, the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization has brought impact and destruction to the ecological civilization of Langfang, and serious environmental problems have arisen. Compared with China, the pollution history and industrialization process of the developed countries and areas such as the United States, Europe and Japan are closely linked. Therefore, their reform process of green development was initiated earlier, and the sustainable development strategy and the ecological environment management model in these places are of great significance to the current construction of ecological civilization in Langfang.
