【摘要】 观察林麝被毛形态结构与分布特点,探索其功能适应性,为林麝的适宜养殖提供参考。采用肉眼和光学显微镜观察和被毛形态指标测量的方法,对17头育成、成龄麝(♂7头,♀10头)的整体外观和103个点位被毛的组成、形态进行了观测。结果表明:林麝的被毛分为针毛、绒毛和触毛三类。林麝针毛毛囊长度和直径,荐部最大,小腿外侧的次之,颏部中心的最小。针毛毛基部的长度和直径,荐部最大,胸部腹侧的直径次之,颏部中心直径最小。林麝针毛毛干以躯干部的背侧、两侧及臂部、大腿部外侧较长,背部、荐部最长,头部、颌下和颏部中心的针毛最短。针毛的毛干长度与毛间距、毛干基端直径和毛干中段直径的相关系数r分别为0.841、0.807和0.955,相关关系均极显著且均为强正直线相关。针毛除蹄、阴囊、吻、唇等部位外,分布于全身体表,具有保温和保护作用。除阴囊及基部周围是纯绒毛分布外,绒毛依赖针毛并盘曲于针毛间,主要具有保温作用。触毛分布在头部和四肢冠部,具有感触作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the morphological structure and distribution characteristics of forest musk deer hair and explore its functional adaptability,so as to provide references for suitable cultivation of forest musk deer,the overall appearance and 103 points hair composition and morphology of 17 growing and breeding musk deer( ♂7,♀10) were observed by naked eye,optical microscope observation and measurement method of hair morphological index,The result showed the hair of the musk deer could be divided into three types: needle-hair,fluff and thistle. The length and diameter of the needle-hair hair follicle on the waist of the musk deer are the largest,followed by on the lateral crus,and the smallest on the center of chin. The length and diameter of the needle wool base on the waist are the largest,the diameter on the chest ventral side is next,and smallest on the center of the chin.The shaft length of the hairpins is the longest on the back and waist of forest musk deer,followed by on the back and two sides of the trunk,out sides of hips and arms,and shortest on the head,submaxillary and the center of chin. The correlation coefficients r between the hair shaft length and the hair spacing,the diameter of the hair shaft base end and the diameter of the hair shaft middle part were 0.841,0.807 and 0.955,respectively. And correlation relationship differences are most significant and strong linear correlation. In addition to the hoof,scrotum,kiss,lip and other parts,needle hair distributed on the whole body surface,with thermal insulation and protection. In addition to the distribution of pure villi around the scrotum and the base,the villi rely on the hairs of the needle and are coiled between the hairs of the needle,and has the function of thermal insulation.
