从导师的视角看全日制工科研究生能力培养

【摘要】 提升工科专业研究生实践能力是提高研究生培养水平的关键,因为工程能力是衡量工科专业学位研究生水平的核心能力,也是导师研究团队科研效率提升的关键因素。在我国现阶段,各个高校特别强调导师是研究生培养的第一责任人,从导师角度分析研究生导师的职责要求以及个人对于研究生的影响,并根据亲身经历讨论了构造基于CDIO工程实践能力的研究生培养实例。主要从导师如何利用角色亲自参与到研究生实践能力培养方面做一些探索,结果发现基于做中学训练新模式对于研究生能力培养具有启发意义。

【Abstract】 Engineering ability is the core competence of engineering professional degree postgraduate students,promoting engineering graduate professional practice ability is the key to improve the level of training graduate students,also a key step to improve the efficiency of scientific research team ofevery supervisor. At the present stage of our country,various colleges and universities emphasize the tutor is the first responsible person of postgraduate training,from the perspective of teacher responsibility and personal tutor for graduate students,and according to my own personal experience discusses constructing examples of developing graduate practical ability based on CDIO in this paper. Howto participate in graduate students’ practical ability training from the point of viewof supervisor,and explore newmodel based on " learning by doing",which will enlighten the training of graduate students’ ability.
