【摘要】 本文以2015年、2016年和2017年《河北经贸大学本科毕业生就业质量年度报告》为依据,对毕业生的毕业去向、职业与专业的相关度、行业流向、就业地域分布等方面的就业趋势进行分析。指出就业趋势中存在就业数据统计时点有待商榷,毕业生总体就业率与质量就业率差别较大,不同专业毕业生的就业不平衡问题比较突出,自主创业有较大提升空间,慢就业、不就业等新情况涌现。最后提出学校要调整就业数据统计时间节点,努力平衡专业发展,提升创业工作水平,毕业生个人应更新求职理念,提高就业竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the annual report on the quality of the 2015, 2016 and 2017 graduates’ employment of Hebei University of Economics and Business, this paper analyzes the employment trend of graduates’ where to go after graduation, the correlation between professional and professional, industry flow, and employment regional distribution. And then it points out that the employment data statistics of the employment trend are still open to question, the graduates’ totality employment rate and quality employment rate are quite different, the employment imbalance of different major graduates is more prominent, the self-employment should be promoted, the new situations such as slow employment and unemployment is emerging. Based on the above problems, we make a suggestion that the school should adjust the statistical time node of the employment data, strive to balance the professional development, improve the level of entrepreneurial work, and the graduates should renew the idea of job hunting and improving the competitiveness of employment.更多还原
