【Abstract】 Based on the collation of big employment data of engineering management major of Xi’an University of Technology for the past five years and correlation analysis of employment quality, a series of valuable feedbacks were received for the major’s education and teaching.At last, countermeasures which included strengthening employment guidance, enhancing development of employment market and construction of practice base and carrying out scientific and technological innovation activities, had been put forward to improve the employment quality for the graduates of engineering management major.更多还原
