【摘要】 培育新型职业农民是农业现代化的需要,是农村人口城镇化的需要,是农民职业化的需要。尽管我国新型职业农民培育取得了一定成绩,但在教育培训、规范管理、政策扶持等方面依然存在不足。应借鉴发达国家培育农民的经验,在培育对象遴选上坚持存量优先、兼顾增量,在培育体系构建上坚持公益为主市场为辅,在培育选取上坚持因地制宜、融入"互联网+",在培育效果考核上坚持综合全面、科学规范,在扶持政策制坚持跟踪服务、定向扶持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cultivation of new professional peasants is the need of agricultural modernization, rural population urbanization and profession of peasants. Although we have some achievements in cultivation of new professional peasants, there are some deficiencies in educational training, standard management and policies support. Based on cultivation experience of developed countries, this paper proposes innovation ways from aspects such as selecting cultivation subject, constructing cultivation system, selecting cultivation mode, evaluating cultivation result and making support policies.更多还原
