【摘要】 "木制品生产工艺学"是木材科学与工程及家具设计与制造专业学生的必修课程,其目的是以满足企业的需要培养学生,但随着企业生产模式的改变、智能制造的普及和木制品制造成本的提高,现有课本知识、教学方式已不能满足迅速发展的木制品工业对人才的需求。为了解决这些问题,笔者将基于对全国多家企业的实习实践经验,对教学内容、教学方式和考核方式进行改革,同时,通过对不同企业存在的问题进行对比分析,以企业实际问题为导向,引导学生去发现企业生产过程中存在的问题并得到解决方案,让学生在课堂上利用理论知识解决实际问题,以便更能适应行业发展的需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of the compulsory courses for the major of wood science and engineering and furniture design and manufacture,the goal of "wood product manufacturing technology"is to cultivate talents to meet the labor market needs.However,the existing knowledge in textbooks and some of the teaching methods are not able to keep up with the demands of companies along with the transform of production models,the popularization of the intelligent manufacturing,and the escalating manufacturing cost in wood industry.To solve these problems,the content of courses,the teaching methods and the evaluation mode are reformed based on the authors.experience from many factories.Meanwhile,students are guided to find and solve the deficiency existing in factories through the guidance of teachers and the comparison of different companies.As a result,students could improve their ability of solve practice problems in class,which makes them more responsive to the needs of industry development.更多还原
