【摘要】 目的探讨合并阴道纵隔-双宫颈患者宫腔镜下子宫纵隔电切术后的生殖结局。方法选取2013年1月至2015年8月甘肃省妇幼保健院26例宫腔镜矫治合并阴道纵隔-双宫颈的完全纵隔子宫患者,通过门诊、电话随访所有患者术后和妊娠结局情况。结果 26例患者1次手术成功率为80. 8%,未发生术中、术后并发症。术后随访24～56个月,至随访结束时未孕者有3例,1例因个人原因一直避孕,其余2例分别因卵巢功能减退、双侧输卵管梗阻,拟行体外受精助孕;妊娠率由术前38. 5%上升至术后88. 5%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),自然流产率由术前26. 9%下降至术后15. 4%,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论宫腔镜矫治合并阴道纵隔-双宫颈的完全纵隔子宫能显著改善患者生殖结局,提高妊娠率,降低自然流产率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss reproductive outcomes of patients with double cervix and longitudinal vaginal septum combined with uterine septum after transcervical resection of septum. Methods 26 patients with complete uterine septum combined with double cervix and longitudinal vaginal septum after transcervical resection of septum from January 2013 to August 2015 in Gan Su Provincal Maternity and Child Care Hospital were selected,through outpatient and telephone followed-up 24 to 56 months of all patients after surgery and their pregnancy outcomes. Results The success rate of surgery was 80. 8 % without intra-or post-operative complications. There were 3 case of infertility during the postoperative follow-up. 1 person had been using contraception for personal reasons,and the other two were due to ovarian failure and bilateral fallopian tube obstruction. The pregnancy rate increased from 38. 5 % preoperatively to 88. 5 % postoperatively. The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The spontaneous abortion rate decreased from 26. 6% preoperatively to 15. 4% postoperatively,but the difference was not statistically significant( P >0. 05). Conclusion Transcervical resection of septum can significantly improve the reproductive outcomes of patients with complete uterine septum combined with double cervix and longitudinal vaginal septum,and increase the pregnancy rate,reduce the natural abortion rate.更多还原
