【摘要】 对罪犯实施传统文化教育既是延续中华传统美德的客观需要和罪犯转化为合格公民的现实需要,也是贯彻国家政策要求、习总书记讲话的重要举措,更是实施以德治国的有力手段。所以,加强对罪犯的中华优秀传统文化教育,应找准中华优秀传统文化与罪犯教育改造的契合点,坚持"注重实践与养成、需求与供给、形式与内容"相结合,把中华优秀传统文化内涵更好更多地融入罪犯教育的各个方面,增强教育的实效性、针对性,要充分发挥监狱民警的教育主导作用,选择科学合理的优秀传统文化内容,运用有效生动的教育措施和方法,借助优秀传统文化的丰富资源来改造罪犯,完善罪犯人格,帮助罪犯回归社会。更多还原

【Abstract】 The traditional culture education is not only the objective need of realizing the Chinese traditional virtue, the realistic need to implement national policy, which aims to change the criminals into qualified citizens,but also an important measure to follow our general secretary Xi Jinping’s speech, which is the powerful tool for the implementation of managing state affairs by ethics. Therefore, to strengthen the Chinese traditional culture education for criminals, we should combine the Chinese excellent traditional culture connotation better more with all aspects of criminal education, enhance the effectiveness and pertinence of the education, give full play to the education of the prison police, choose scientific and reasonable outstanding traditional culture content, use the effective education measures and the rich resources of traditional culture to perfect the criminal personality, and finally help criminals return to society.更多还原
