短波高光谱红外焦平面系统电路设计
A hyperspectral SWIR FPA ROIC design
【摘要】 分析了高光谱应用下的一种1024×256短波红外探测器组件读出电路设计。针对高光谱弱信号红外探测应用,该电路采用CTIA像元结构,达到72%的量子效率,并有效抑制了复位结构带来的漏电效应,使线性度和输出摆幅得到显著的提高。并通过列级和输出级的优化设计,得到了良好的噪声性能。
【Abstract】 This paper recommends a read-out circuit for 1024 × 256 hyperspectral SWIR FPA. For application of weak signals hyperspectral infrared detection,the circuit adopts the CTIA structure. The system has 72% of quantum efficiency,and effectively restrain the leakage effect caused by reset structure. The linearity and output range is significantly improved. And through optimized design of column circuit and output structure,good noise performance is obtained.
