抑制二极管泵浦激光器光轴漂移的实验研究
Study on restraining of optics axes drift in diode pumped laser
【摘要】 对半导体二极管泵浦电光调Q激光器在实验过程中的光轴漂移现象进行了分析和探讨,利用有限元分析软件CFDesign模拟了激光晶体在不同散热状态下的温度分布。测量了晶体在不同的散热结构和泵浦结构下输出激光的光轴漂移量,指出了光轴漂移现象产生的原因。实验及模拟结果对于有光轴漂移量要求的激光器设计具有一定的借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 Intensive discussion and analysis are focused on the phenomenon of pointing stability based on the E-O Qswitched solid-state Nd ∶ YAG laser system. The temperature distribution of laser material in different temperature distribution is simulated by CFDesign. The optical axes drift of the laser produced under different heat dissipation and pump structure is measured and the cause of optical axes drift is pointed out. The experimental and simulation results have certain reference significance for laser design with optical axes drift requirements.
