硫化钼锁模激光器研究进展
Research progress of MoS2 passive mode-locked laser
【摘要】 新型的硫化钼(MoS2)可饱和吸收体由于具有宽带可饱和吸收特性等优点,在被动锁模激光领域具有广泛的应用。本文对硫化钼可饱和吸收体的不同制备方法和锁模的关键参数进行了总结、对基于硫化钼吸收体的锁模激光特性进行了综述,并指出其发展趋势。
【Abstract】 The new type of molybdenum sulfide(MoS2) saturable absorber has been widely used in the field of passive mode-locked laser owing to the advantages of broadband saturable absorption characteristics.In this paper,the different preparation methods and key parameters of mode locking of Mo S2 saturable absorber are summarized.The characteristics of the mode-locked laser based on the MoS2 are reviewed.The development trend of passive mode-locked laser based on Mo S2 is pointed out.
