软磁复合材料损耗特性的研究进展
Review of Loss Characteristics of Soft Magnetic Composites Material
【摘要】 软磁复合材料(SMC材料)继承了软磁铁氧体和软磁合金的优异性能,涡流损耗小,成本低,适应了目前高频和小型化的发展趋势,由此得到各国学者和工程研发者的广泛关注,使SMC材料磁特性的测量和模拟研究成为电工领域的热点。基于SMC材料的磁特性分析,结合国内外对SMC材料的磁损耗特性的研究现状,分析了SMC材料磁损耗的传统计算方法及改进计算方法,为SMC材料的实际应用提供理论计算的依据,并为SMC材料的磁损耗的模拟研究奠定基础。
【Abstract】 Soft magnetic composites(SMCs) inherit the superior properties of soft ferrite and soft magnetic alloys, such as low eddy current and cost. SMCs meet the current development trend of high frequency and miniaturization. SMCs have been pay extensive attention by scholars and engineering developers in various countries. Measurement and simulation of magnetic properties of SMCs have become a hot spot in electrical engineering. Based on analysis of magnetic properties of, and research status of magnetic loss characteristics of SMCs, traditional calculation method and improved calculation method of magnetic loss were analyzed. The results could provide a theoretical basis for practical application of SMCs. It also lays a foundation for the simulation study of magnetic loss of SMCs.
