【摘要】 目的了解大肠癌患者术后化疗期间的健康需求,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样的方法,选取2016年10月至2017年2月在武汉市某三级甲等医院住院的大肠癌患者110例为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、中文版简明疼痛调查表(the Chinese version of brief pain inventory,BPI-C)、中文版简明疲劳调查表(the Chinese version of brief fatigue inventory,BFI-C)、癌症患者健康需求问卷简化版(cancer patients need questionnaire-short form,CPNQ-SF)对其进行调查。结果大肠癌患者术后化疗期间的CPNQ-SF得分为(110.85±24.90)分,处于中等需要水平;22.7%的患者处于高度需要水平;多重线性回归分析结果显示,疲劳、居住地、化疗次数、文化程度及婚姻状况等是大肠癌患者健康需求的影响因素,可解释76.8%的变异。结论大肠癌患者在术后化疗期间的健康需求较高,护理工作者应做好其健康需求的评估,并根据大肠癌患者生活文化背景和疲劳状况等采取针对性的护理措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To describe the health needs of colorectal cancer survivors during postoperative chemotherapy,and to explore its related influencing factors.Methods By convenience sampling,110 colorectal cancer survivors during postoperative chemotherapy were selected and surveyed with general information questionnaire,the Chinese version of brief pain inventory(BPI-C),the Chinese version of brief fatigue inventory(BFI-C)and the cancer patients need questionnaire-short form(CPNQ-SF).Results The average score of CPNQ-SF among colorectal cancer survivors was(110.85±24.90),which was at a moderate level,and 22.7% colorectal cancer survivors were at a high level.The results of multiple linear regression showed that the fatigue degree,residence,times of chemotherapy,educational background and the marital status were the influencing factors of the health needs of colorectal cancer survivors,which could explain 76.8% of the variance.Conclusion Colorectal cancer survivors during postoperative chemotherapy have greater health needs.Therefore,nurses should have health needs assessment and provide specific interventions according to their life and cultural background and fatigue..更多还原
