【摘要】 目的研究基于智谋理论心理健康辅导对乳腺癌手术患者心理状况及智谋水平的影响。方法便利抽样选取某三级甲等专科医院乳腺外科2013年10月至2014年8月入住并确诊的乳腺癌患者为研究对象,共纳入200例,应用随机数字表将乳腺癌患者设对照组与干预组各100例。对照组按常规护理,干预组在此基础上实施基于智谋理论心理健康辅导。干预前后采用症状自评量表(self-reporting inventory,SCL-90)和中文版智谋量表对两组患者心理状况和智谋水平进行评定。结果两组患者干预后SCL-90评分均明显改善,且干预组患者较对照组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组在干预后智谋总分、个人智谋和社会智谋分值较对照组明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论基于智谋理论的心理健康辅导,对提高乳腺癌患者心理健康水平、提升其智谋有积极的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of resourcefulness theory-based mental health counseling on psychological status and resourcefulness level of breast cancer patients undergoing surgery.Methods By convenience sampling,200 breast cancer patients received between Oct 2013 and Aug 2014 were selected and randomly assigned into control group and intervention group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and intervention group received routine nursing combined with mental health counseling based on resourcefulness theory.Two groups of patients’ psychological status and resourcefulness level were evlatued before and after the intervention by using SCL-90 scale and Chinese version of Resourcefulness Scale was performed.Results Scores of SCL-90 scale in both groups after intervention were significantly improved,with intervention group better than that of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,scores of resourcefulness,personal resourcefulness and social resourcefulness were significantly higher in intervention group than those of control group(P <0.01).Conclusion Mental health counseling based on resourcefulness theory is helpful in improving the level of the mental health of patients with breast cancer and plays a positive role in enhancing its resourcefulness.更多还原
