环境条件对晶硅电池温场分布及输出特性的影响
Effect of environmental conditions on temperature field distribution and output characteristics of crystalline silicon cell
【摘要】 基于有限差分法分析了电池与环境之间热交换过程不同时,环境温度对电池内部温场分布及输出参数的影响.研究表明:在真空环境下,电池温度将恒定在300 K,电池与真空环境间主要的换热方式为热辐射;在理想散热条件下,电池温度与环境温度基本相同,电池与环境间热交换方式为热传导,电池的Voc,FF和η随温度增加线性减小;在静止空气层包围的条件下,电池温度与环境温度之间存在较大差异,电池前后表面出现温差,电池与环境之间的热交换方式为热传导,电池的Voc,FF和η值随温度增加呈非线性减小的趋势.
【Abstract】 Based on the finite difference method,the influence of the ambient temperature on the temperature field distribution and output parameters of c-Si solar cell is analyzed when the heat exchange processes between the cell and environment are different.The study shows that under the vacuum environment,the cell temperature will be constant at 300 K,the main heat transfer mode between the cell and vacuum environment is the thermal radiation;under the ideal heat dissipation condition,the cell temperature is bassically the same as ambient temperature,and the heat exchange between the cell and environment is heat conduction,the Voc,FF andηof the battery decrease linearly with increasing the temperature;under the conditions of still air layer surrounding,there is an obvious difference between the cell temperature and ambient temperature,the surface of the cell has a temperature difference,the heat exchange between the cell and environment is heat conduction,the Voc,FF andηof the battery decreases nonlinearly with the increase of temperature.
