基于谐振控制的PMSM电流谐波抑制方法

【摘要】 永磁同步电机运行时,磁链非线性、死区时间、IGBT管压降及续流二极管压降等非线性因素都将导致定子电流谐波的产生,影响电机转矩输出的平滑性。针对永磁同步电机中的电流谐波,提出利用谐振控制器在谐振点处的高增益对电流谐波进行抑制。为了实现对电流谐波频率的自适应调节,谐振控制器采用双积分器形式实现并对其离散方式进行了分析。为解决高谐振频率时系统的稳定性问题,设计了一种相位补偿策略。最后,利用仿真验证了抑制方法的有效性。

【Abstract】 During the operation of permanent magnet synchronous motor,nonlinear factors such as flux nonlinearity,dead time,IGBT tube voltage drop and freewheeling diode voltage drop will cause stator current harmonics to occur,affecting the smoothness of motor torque output. For the current harmonics in permanent magnet synchronous motors,it is proposed to suppress the current harmonics by using the high gain of the resonant controller at the resonance point. In order to achieve adaptive adjustment of the current harmonic frequency,the resonator is implemented in the form of a double integrator and its discrete method is analyzed.In order to solve the problem of system stability at high resonant frequency,a phase compensation strategy is designed. Finally,the effectiveness of the suppression method is verified by simulation.
