基于ARM的双卡热备冗余的油动机伺服控制系统
ARM-based Hot-standby Redundancy Architecture for the Servo Control System of Hydraulic Servo Motor
【摘要】 设计了一种非同时在线的油动机热备冗余伺服控制系统以实现油动机闭环控制。热备冗余系统可以在一块伺服卡出现断线故障时,利用切换电路切换到另一块伺服卡继续进行伺服控制,在提高控制系统可靠性的同时,避免了由于一块伺服卡的闭环失效所产生的异常电流输出对整个控制系统的干扰。
【Abstract】 A non-concurrent hot-standby redundancy architecture of control system for hydraulic servo motor of steam turbine is raised up to improve the reliability of the servo control system. In this architecture,the control job of one controller will be deprived when it suffers some failures. And the other one will be given the control job. This architecture solves the problem of concurrent redundancy architecture.
