【摘要】 航天产品具有多品种、小批量等特点,质量要求高、订货周期长、采购渠道受限等给物料的管理带来了较大的难度。考虑到生产周期需要保有一定的库存,这又带来了经济成本增加。本文阐述了采用周期性盘点的安全库存计算方法在航天特色零件——元器件库存管理中的应用研究,在对近三年元器件库存数据的分析和整理基础上,对现有管理方式和本文的研究方法进行了对比分析,为精确计算安全库存在航天生产中的应用提供了一定的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Space products are characterized by many varieties and small batches,high quality requirement,long ordering period and limited purchasing channel bring greater difficulty to material management. Considering the production cycle needs to keep a certain amount of inventory,the economic cost increases. This paper describes the calculation method of safety stock with periodic stocktaking in space special parts-research on application of component inventory management,on the basis of analyzing and sorting out the inventory data of components and components in the past three years,the present management mode and the research method of this paper are compared and analyzed,it provides a reference for accurate calculation of safety stock application in space production.更多还原
