基于触觉反馈的农机产品创新设计系统研究

【摘要】 触觉反馈是通过虚拟设备与对象物体接触所得到反作用力的感觉,提供了一种崭新的人机交互界面,能够让设计师身临其境地体验触觉交互过程,并开展新型的触觉设计。论文给出了基于触觉反馈和快速成型的创新设计流程,指出了其最重要的特点是三个触觉反馈:虚拟触觉反馈、快速触觉反馈和实物触觉反馈,而突出的优点是快速触觉反馈所引起的对于设计创意的体验性和启发性。背负式农用喷雾器触觉反馈设计应用案例介绍了基于触觉反馈的农机产品创新设计系统的应用。

【Abstract】 Haptic feedback is a perception of reaction force from contacting of virtual machine and objects,it supplies a new human-machine interface, and designers could set up new haptic design by experiencing personally the process of haptic interaction. This paper showed the process of innovation design which was based on haptic feedback and rapid prototype, pointed out its most important characteristics :virtual haptic feedback,rapid haptic feedback and objects haptic feedback,then the outstanding advantage is embodied and heuristic design innovation via rapid haptic feedback. Through an example of haptic feedback design of knapsack sprayer,the application of innovation design system of agricultural mechanical products which were based on haptic feedback was discussed.
