面向综合能效提升的机械制造车间生产调度优化模型研究
Research on Machinery Manufacturing Workshop Job-shop Scheduling Optimization Model for Comprehensive Energy Efficiency Enhancement
【摘要】 能效正逐渐影响全球能源系统,并支撑能源安全,减低能源消耗和碳排放,以及改善环境做出了重要贡献。目前我国约有机床800万台,能源消耗量大,使用效率不高。因此以机床为主的机械加工车间的能效提升潜力巨大。论文针对机械制造车间,提出了面向车间生产调度的综合能耗模型及调度优化模型,通过遗传算法得出最优结果并实验验证。
【Abstract】 This issue is all the more important when you consider the impact that energy efficiency is already having on the global energy system. Energy efficiency is bolstering energy security, reducing energy spending, reducing gas emissions and helping the environment.There are 8 million machine tools in china which have large energy consumption and low efficiency. The energy efficiency of machinery manufacturing workshop has great potential improvement. In this paper, a comprehensive energy consumption model and scheduling optimization model is proposed for machinery manufacturing workshop job-shop scheduling
