【Abstract】 General Secretary Xi Jinping’s"three rural views"are theoretical exploration and top-level design for China’s "agriculture, countryside, and farmers", the scientific connotation of which includes understanding,totality, bottom line and people’s views etc, and which scientifically answers many significant theoretical and practical questions for development of "agriculture, countryside, and farmers"in the new era, enriches and evolves thoughts and theories of Chinese CCP on "agriculture, countryside, and farmers", responds to the realistic problem of developing"agriculture, countryside, and farmers"under new historical condition, serves as action guideline for "agriculture, countryside, and farmers"works in the new era, and highlights the objective requirement for realizing our Chinese dream of national great rejuvenation. To guide our practice with Xi Jinping’s "three rural views", we ought to adhere to take new development concept as guidance, push forward structural reform of agricultural supply side, to empower the agriculture; accelerate rural revitalization, facilitate urban-rural integrated development system, to beautify the countryside; facilitate continuous and fast growth of farmers’ income, decisively win the battle against poverty, to help farmers living a better-off life.更多还原
