2种南海原油重组分加工性能分析
Analysis of processing performance of heavy component of South China Sea crude oil
【摘要】 南海原油是国家级重要战略资源,与我国典型原油相比,其轻质油收率远远高于大庆原油和胜利原油,常压渣油收率仅34.7%、46.8%,远低于大庆原油、胜利原油。而其343~566℃减压馏分油收率分别为29.7%、36%,稍低于大庆、胜利原油。其减压渣油收率分别为5%、10.8%,远低于大庆原油和胜利原油。其343~566℃减压馏分油密度、硫含量、50℃黏度值、总氮、碱氮、Ni+V含量低,而蜡含量高,是优良的催化裂化原料和高黏度指数润滑油基础油原料。通过钝化金属或加氢预处理,减压渣油可作为催化裂化原料。
【Abstract】 The South China Sea crude oil is a national strategic resource. Compared with the typical crude oil in China, its light oil yield is much higher than that of Daqing crude oil and Shengli crude oil. The yield of atmospheric residue is only 34.7% and 46.8% > 343℃, much lower than that of Daqing crude oil and Shengli Crude oil. The oil yield of vacuum distillate at 343~566℃ is 29.7% and 36% respectively, which is slightly lower than that of Daqing and Shengli crude oil.The yield of the vacuum residuum is 5% and 10.8%, respectively, which is much lower than that of Daqing and Shengli crude oil, respectively.The density, sulfur content, 50℃ degree viscosity value, total nitrogen, alkali nitrogen and Ni+V content of its 343~566 ℃ vacuum distillate oil are low, and wax content is high. It is excellent FCC feedstock and high viscosity index lube base oil raw material.The vacuum residuum can be used as a FCC feedstock by passivating metal or hydrotreating.
