非离子型聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液的研究

【摘要】 以甲基烯丙基聚乙二醇醚(HPEG-2000)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为原料合成端甲基烯丙基聚氨酯(HPU),然后将该亲水性齐聚物中间体与丙烯酸酯单体(AC)按不同质量比进行乳液聚合,得到非离子型聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯(PUA)复合乳液。通过红外分析、力学性能测试和热重分析等对PUA复合乳液及胶膜性能进行研究。结果表明,与纯聚丙烯酸酯(PA)乳液相比,PUA乳液凝胶率降为0且成膜性能明显改善。PUA胶膜与PA胶膜相比,耐热性和耐水性较好,断裂伸长率增大但拉伸强度降低。当HPU/AC质量比为20/80时,PUA胶膜综合性能达到最佳。

【Abstract】 A hydrophilic methyl allyl polyurethane oligomer intermediate(HPU) was prepared by methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether(HPEG-2000) and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI). The nonionic polyurethane-acrylate(PUA) composite emulsions were synthesized using HPU and acrylate monomers(AC) under different mass ratio by copolymerization. The properties of PUA composite emulsions and films were investigated by FT-IR,mechanical property tests and TG-DTG,etc. The results showed that the structure of PUA composite emulsions was confirmed.Compared with the pure polyacrylate emulsion(PA),the gel ratio of PUA composite emulsions was reduced to 0 and the film-forming ability was improved obviously. PUA films had better thermal stability and water resistance than PA film. The elongation at break of PUA film was better than that of PA film,but the tensile strength was worse than that of PA film. The comprehensive performance was the best when mass ratio HPU/AC was 20/80.
