Fe2O3氧载体四氢呋喃部分氧化制合成气的热力学分析
Thermodynamic analysis for syngas production via chemical looping partial oxidation of tetrahydrofuran with Fe2O3 oxygen carrier
【摘要】 采用Gibbs自由能最小化法对Fe2O3氧载体四氢呋喃(C4H8O)部分氧化制合成气反应进行热化学平衡计算,考察了反应物摩尔比n(Fe2O3):n(C4H8O)、温度和压力等因素对Fe2O3氧载体C4H8O部分氧化制合成气反应产物的影响,结果表明:随反应物摩尔比增大,合成气摩尔分数及氢碳比(H2/CO)先增大后减小,在反应物摩尔比为1时,合成气摩尔分数及氢碳比最大;随温度升高,合成气摩尔分数及氢碳比明显增大,800—1 200℃时,合成气摩尔分数较高,氢碳摩尔比在1附近,有利于合成气的制备;随压力增加,合成气摩尔分数及氢碳比减小,低压有利于合成气的制备。在反应物摩尔比为1,800—1 200℃、常压条件下,合成气摩尔分数> 95%、氢碳比> 0. 94。
【Abstract】 The thermodynamic analysis of syngas production from chemical looping partial oxidation of tetrahydrofuran with Fe2O3 oxygen carrier was calculated by the Gibbs free energy minimization method.The effects of Fe2O3 to tetrahydrofuran ratio,temperature and pressure on composition and proportion of the products were investigated.The results showed that with the increasing of Fe2O3 to tetrahydrofuran ratio,the components of syngas and H2 to CO ratio increased firstly then decreased,and the suitable ratio of Fe2O3 to tetrahydrofuran was 1,the components of syngas and H2 to CO ratio reached the highest level,favorable to acetylene and syngas production.With the increasing of temperature,the components of syngas and H2 to CO ratio increased obviously.At 800-1 200 ℃,the components of syngas was relatively high stable and the ratio of H2 to CO was about 1,favorable to syngas production.With the increasing of pressure,the components of syngas and H2 to CO ratio decreased,low pressure was favorable for syngas production.Under the conditions of Fe2O3 to tetrahydrofuran ratio of 1,800-1 200 ℃,ordinary pressure,the components of syngas is more than 95%,and the ratio of H2 to CO is more than 0.94.
