应用于液体类商品的RFID标签贴放位置优化设计

【摘要】 液体对超高频电磁波有较强的吸收作用,为减少液体对超高频RFID标签的影响,提出RFID标签在液体类商品表面贴放位置的设计从理论和数值仿真两方面分析了液体环境对RFID天线性能的影响,提出了标签贴放位置的选择问题。在此基础上,将仿真实验与实际应用相结合,设计了液体类商品仿真模型,将弯折偶极子天线贴放于商品的合理位置,测试标签在该环境下的回波损耗和增益性能。研究结果表明,RFID天线的回波损耗小于-20dB,天线的增益方向图也显示天线具有良好增益。标签的设计针对实际液体类商品应用场景,标签天线测试结果良好,为RFID标签在液体类商品中的应用提供了解决方案。

【Abstract】 Liquid has strong absorption for ultra-high frequency(UHF) electromagnetic waves. In order to reduce the influence of the liquid on UHF RFID tags, the design of RFID tags in the placement position of the liquid goods is proposed. The influence of liquid environment on the performance of RFID antenna was analyzed through the theoretical and numerical simulations, and the selection of label placement position was put forward. On this basis, the simulation experiments were combined with the practical applications, and the liquid commodity simulation model was designed. In this model, the bent dipole antenna was placed at a reasonable position of the goods, and the return loss and gain of the tag under the environment were tested. The research results show that the return loss of the RFID antenna is less than-20 dB, and the antenna has a good gain.The design of the tag is aimed at the actual liquid product application scenario, which provides a solution for the RFID tag in liquid commodity application.
