【摘要】 目的对采血护士在献血者中开展心理护理的效果进行分析,以期为不断提高献血者的舒适度及献血质量提供参考。方法从于2016年2月—2018年2月期间进入该站进行无偿献血的献血者中随机选取287名作为该次研究观察对象,按照护理模式的不同将其分为对照组(142名)与观察组(145名),对照组实施常规护理方法,在此基础上增加观察组献血者的心理护理。观察两种护理模式效果。结果与对照组(18.31%)相比,在不良反应方面,观察组发生率(8.97%)显著较低(χ2=5.33,P=0.02);在疼痛感知、SAS及SDS等心理状态方面,对照组得分分别为(4.64±1.34)分、(36.54±4.87)分、(33.52±4.71)分,观察组评分(1.84±1.73)分、(22.52±4.31)分、(21.41±4.16)分均显著较低,两种护理结果数据差异有统计学意义(t=3.14,P=0.006;t=5.36,P=0.001;t=4.79,P=0.003)。结论将心理护理运用于献血者的护理中可有效改善献血者献血过程中的负面情绪,降低疼痛感,减少不良反应的发生,促进献血质量的提高,应大力推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of blood collection nurses in the blood donors, in order to provide reference for continuously improving the comfort and blood donation of blood donors. Methods From the period of February 2016 to February 2018, 287 people who were admitted to the station for blood donation were randomly selected as the subjects of this study. They were divided into control group(142)points and the observation group(145 patients) according to the different nursing modes. The control group was given routine nursing methods, and on this basis, the psychological care of the blood donors in the observation group was increased. Observe the effects of the two care modes. Results Compared with the control group(18.31%), the incidence of the observation group(8.97%) was significantly lower(χ2=5.33, P=0.02). In the psychological state of pain perception, SAS and SDS, the control group were(4.64±1.34)points,(36.54±4.87)points, and(33.52±4.71)points, respectively. The observation group of(1.84 ±1.73)points,(22.52 ±4.31)points, and(21.41±4.16)points were significantly lower. There were statistical differences between the two nursing outcome data(t=3.14, P=0.006; t=5.36, P=0.001;t=4.79, P=0.003). Conclusion Applying psychological nursing to the care of blood donors can effectively improve the negative emotions of blood donors during blood donation, reduce pain, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and promote the quality of blood donation.更多还原
