【摘要】 目的研究子宫背带缝合术配伍治疗难治性产后出血的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2014年10月—2017年10月于该院进行剖宫产术后均因宫缩乏力发生难治性产后出血的70例患者,分析对照组、观察组,各35例,对照组采用双侧子宫动脉上行支结扎和宫腔填纱治疗,观察组是双侧子宫动脉上行支结扎和子宫背带缝合术治疗,对比两组疗效、出血量及感染率。结果治疗后,观察组出血量平均为(716.45±201.48)mL,显著少于对照组(1 208.84±402.56)mL,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。观察组治疗有效率94.29%高于对照组77.14%(χ2=4.200,P=0.040);观察组感染率2.86%显著低于对照组17.14%(χ2=3.968,P=0.046)。结论对难治性产后出血产妇实施子宫背带缝合配伍治疗止血效果十分理想,安全性高,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical value of combined uterine sutures for the treatment of refractory postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 70 patients who were refractory to postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia after cesarean section in the hospital from October 2014 to October 2017 were retrospectively analyzed, and were divided into the control group, observation group, 35 cases each, control group adopted uterine artery ascending ligation and uterine cavity filling for treatment. The observation group was treated with bilateral uterine artery ascending branch ligation and uterine strap suture.The efficacy, blood loss and infection rate of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the mean blood loss in the observation group was(716.45±201.48)mL was significantly less than that in the control group(1 208.84±402.56)mL.The difference was statistically significant(P =0.000). The observation group had a treatment efficiency of 94.29% higher than that of the control group(77.14%)(χ2=4.200, P=0.040); the observation group infection rate of 2.86% was significantly lower than the control group of 17.14%(χ2=3.968, P=0.046). Conclusion The combination of uterine-strap suture for the treatment of refractory postpartum hemorrhage is effective, and the safety is high. It is worthy of promotion.更多还原
