【摘要】 目的观察混合痔手术患者行凯格尔运动训练配合术后艾灸盒尿潴留的发生率。方法随机选取该院中医肛肠科2016年12月—2017年12月混合痔手术患者100例,随机分为两组,每组50例,对照组采取听流水声和膀胱区热敷方法,观察组于术前及术后1 h行凯格尔运动配合术后30 min用艾灸盒灸,观察两组术后8 h尿潴留的发生率。结果对照组无效13例,尿潴留的发生率占26.0%,观察组无效3例,尿潴留发生率6.0%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论混合痔的术前及术后行凯格尔运动训练配合术后艾灸盒能有效预防混合痔术后尿潴留的发生,早期较快地恢复患者正常排尿功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper tries to observe the incidence of urinary retention in the combination of Kegel training and postoperative moxibustion in patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery. Methods In the hospital from December 2016 to December 2017, 100 cases of mixed hemorrhoid surgery patients were random selection and divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group. The control group took a sound of listening to the flow of water and bladder area hot compress method, the observation group before surgery and one hour after the operation, Kegel exercise was used together with moxibustion box moxibustion 30 minutes after surgery, to observe the incidence of urinary retention at 8 hours after surgery in the two groups. Results The control group was ineffective in 13 cases, the incidence of urinary retention was 26.0%, the observation group was invalid in 3 cases, and the incidence of urinary retention was 6.0%. The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.01). Conclusion The preoperative and postoperative Kegel exercise training combined with postoperative moxibustion box can effectively prevent the occurrence of urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoids, and recover the normal urinary function of patients earlier and faster.更多还原
