【摘要】 目的对合并高危型人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染的慢性宫颈炎患者不同治疗方法的效果进行探析。方法方便选取2016年2月—2017年2月该院妇科诊治的86例慢性宫颈炎合并高危型HPV患者纳入研究中,采取数字表法随机分成研究组和对照组,各43例;对照组采取聚焦超声治疗,研究组在聚焦超声治疗后联用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶,对比两组临床疗效,掌握两组不良反应情况,并随访了解两组患者HPV转阴和复发情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为97.7%,显著高于对照组的86.1%(χ~2=3.88,P<0.05);治疗后随访12个月,研究组HPV转阴率为93.0%,复发率0.0%,对照组分别为76.7%、9.3%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.440、4.195,P<0.05);两组治疗中均未出现严重不良反应(χ~2=0.345,P>0.05)。结论对慢性宫颈炎合并高危型HPV患者,应用聚焦超声联合重组人干扰素α-2b治疗,效果确切,能有效改善症状,HPV转移率高,且复发率低,有较高安全性,有着重要的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper tries to analyze the effect of different treatments on patients with chronic cervicitis associated with high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV) infection. Methods Convenient select 86 patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with high-risk HPV diagnosed and treated in the hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were included in the study and randomly divided into study group and control group with 43 cases in each; the control group adopted focused ultrasound treatment, the study group combined with recombinant human interferon α-2 b gel after focused ultrasound therapy, compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups, grasp the two groups of adverse reactions, and follow-up to understand the two groups of patients with HPV negative and recurrence. Results The total effective rate in the study group was97.7%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(86.1%)(χ~2=3.88,P<0.05); after 12 months of followup, the rate of negative conversion of HPV in the study group was 93.0%, and the recurrence rate was 0.0%. The group was76.7% and 9.3% respectively, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.440, 4.195,P<0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups(χ~2=0.345,P >0.05). Conclusion For patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with high-risk HPV, the use of focused ultrasound combined with recombinant human interferon α-2 b treatment is effective, can effectively im prove the symptoms, HPV metastasis rate is high, and the recurrence rate is low, with high safety and important clinical value.更多还原
