【摘要】 目的探讨解除磨牙症对儿童患者牙体、牙周、颞颌关节等组织损害的有效方法。方法方便选取2011年5月—2016年3月来济南市口腔医院就诊的70例儿童磨牙症患者,随机采用两种全牙列颌垫治疗,其中全牙列软牙颌垫组39例,硬颌垫组31例,并对两种颌垫的临床疗效进行比较。结果全牙列软颌垫组:显效31例,有效6例,总有效率为94.87%;全牙列硬颌垫组:显效17例,有效9例,总有效率83.87%,两组差异无统计学意义(χ~2=2.322 3,P>0.05)。结论两种全牙列颌垫在解除儿童夜磨牙症状时都能取得良好的效果,全牙列软颌垫优于全牙列硬颌垫。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper tries to explore the effective method of eliminating the tissue damages of tooth pericementum and temporomandibular joint caused by bruxism. Methods A total of 70 children with bruxism who were admitted to the Jinan Stomatological Hospital from May 2011 to March 2016 were convenient selected for treatment with two kinds of full dentition jaw pads. Among them, 39 cases with full dentition soft jaw pad group and rigid jaw pad group of 31 patients and compare the clinical efficacy of the two jaw pads. Results Total dentition soft jaw pad group: markedly effective 31 people, effective 6 people, the total effective rate was 94.87%; full dentition hard jaw pad group: markedly effective in 17 cases, effective in 9 cases, the total effective rate of 83.87%, no statistical difference between the two groups(χ~2=2.3223, P>0.05). Conclusion Two kinds of full dentition jaw pads can achieve good results in relieving the symptoms of children’s bruxism. The full dentition soft jaw pad is superior to the full dentition hard jaw pad.更多还原
