【摘要】 目的观察分析经颅多普勒超声对颈内动脉狭窄诊断效果。方法方便选取于2015年1月—2017年12月期间80例患者作为该次研究对象,TCD检查发现颈内动脉狭窄具体情况后,对患者行颈部血管彩超检查,MRA检查对比。观察TCD对颈内动脉狭窄诊断的敏感性、准确性以及特异性。结果通过对患者行经颅多普勒超声诊断颈内动脉狭窄,发现此种诊断方法的敏感性、特异性以及准确性均最高,都达到了90%。结论经颅多普勒超声诊断颈内动脉狭窄情况,相较于MRA检查诊断结果均具备较高的一致性,是颈内动脉狭窄在临床诊断中,较为简单且安全有效的临床检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and analyze the effect of transcranial Doppler sonography in diagnosis of internal carotid stenosis. Methods 80 cases of patients from January 2015 to December 2017 were convenient selected, and the specific condition of arteria carotis interna was discovered by the TCD examination, and the patients were examined by the cervical vascular color Doppler ultrasound, and the sensitivity, accuracy and specificity of TCD in diagnosis of internal carotid stenosis were observed. Results The sensitivity, accuracy and specificity of TCD in diagnosis of internal carotid stenosis were the highest, reaching 90%.
