【摘要】 目的研究综合性护理在尿毒症血液透析患者护理中的应用价值。方法该次方便选取的研究对象为2016年9月—2017年9月期间在该院进行血液透析治疗的尿毒症患者78例患者,用计算机随机分为2组,39例/组。将实施常规护理干预的患者纳入对照组,将采用综合性护理的患者设为观察组。将两组尿毒症患者的心理状况、依从性、临床相关指标、并发症发生情况进行比对。结果观察组尿毒症患者护理后的焦虑评分(53.22±2.65)分、抑郁评分(34.64±2.13)分、BUN(8.70±1.58)mmol/L、Scr(342.88±85.31)μml/L、β2-MG(15.11±2.60)mg/L以及并发症发生率7.69%。对照组尿毒症患者护理后的的焦虑评分为(54.26±3.10分),抑郁评分为(38.55±2.21)分、BUN为(12.48±2.83)mmol/L,Scr为(420.58±72.96)μml/L、β2-MG为(18.69±3.44)mg/L、以及并发症发生率28.21%,观察组均低于对照组(t=25.77、34.13、7.28、4.32、5.18,χ~2=5.57,P=0.01);观察组的依从性97.44%,对照组依从性为76.92%,观察组高于对照组(χ~2=7.34,P=0.01)。结论对行血液透析治疗的尿毒症患者实施综合性护理能够对其焦虑、抑郁等情绪进行改善,并提高患者的依从性,减少并发症的发生和改善临床指标,具有较高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the application value of comprehensive nursing in the nursing of patients with uremia hemodialysis. Methods 78 cases of patients with uremia hemodialysis admitted and treated in our hospital from September2016 to September 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 39 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing intervention, while the observation group used the comprehensive nursing, and the mental status, compliance, clinical related indicators and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The anxiety score, depression score, BUN, Scr, β2-MG and incidence rate of complications in the observation group and in the control group were respectively(53.22±2.65)points,(34.64±2.13)points,(8.70±1.58)mmol/L,(342.88±85.31)μml/L,(15.11 ±2.60)mg/L, 7.69% and(54.26 ±3.10)points,(38.55 ±2.21)points,(12.48 ±2.83)mmol/L,(420.58 ±72.96)μml/L,(18.69±3.44)mg/L, 28.21%, and the indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=25.77,34.13, 7.28, 4.32, 5.18, χ~2=5.57, P=0.01), and the compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,(97.44% vs 76.92%)(χ~2=7.34, P=0.01). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing in patients with uremia hemodialysis can improve the anxiety and depression emotions, improve the compliance, and reduce the clinical indicators of compliations, and it is of higher clinical application value.更多还原
